Midwest Food Show (Wisconsin Restaurant Show) thank you

Thanks to everyone attending the Midwest Food show in Milwaukee Wisconsin this past March 10th, 11th and 12th. The show was a huge success and we were extremely busy. We met so many new clients, vendors, and restauranteurs. Everyone seemed to enjoy all the food, products, and services  at the show along with the expertise the Enviromatic Booth staff offered with assistance from Randy Rauth from Hood Cleaners Inc/Great Lakes Fire.  We were both there to also support IKECA and pass along the message on using IKECA certified cleaning companies for all kitchen exhaust cleanings. We hope everyone came away with a better understanding of proper exhaust system layouts, design, and cleaning maintenance. Even the other kitchen exhaust cleaning companies exhibiting were very hospitable nice to meet with.  We look forward to seeing everyone again next year along with many new attendees!!
